On Saturday around 2:09 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 48-year-old Waterloo man for criminal obstruction of breathing after a domestic incident that took place in Seneca Falls.
Police say [REDACTED], 48, of Waterloo put his hands forcibly around the neck of a female victim, which resulted in her not being able to breathe.
She was uninjured, but [REDACTED] was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
