The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Wallette J. Hipolance, 34, of Sodus following a domestic incident that took place at Orchard Grove in Ontario.
According to deputies, Hipolance violated a stay away order or protection by calling the protected party 13 times in just two hours. The stay away order of protection had been issued on September 25th.
He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and arraigned in Ontario Court. The charges will be answered in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
