The Watkins Glen Police Department says a 28-year-old Newfield man was arrested on a warrant on October 13th.
Brian Vanbenschoten, of Newfield was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Dix Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
