Deputies in Ontario County report that they were called to an accident on Rt. 5 near the intersection of Lennox Rd. In Geneva.
The incident took place on Monday around 12:17 pm when Anthony Hines, 47, of Lyons was traveling east. Deputies say 52-year-old Teresa Yeckley, of Geneva pulled out in front of Hines — causing a collision.
A passenger in Yeckley’s vehicle complained of chest pain and was transported to Geneva General Hospital. The white Springs Fire Department, as well as the Geneva Police Department were called to the scene.
Yeckley was issued a traffic ticket for failing to yield the right of way.
