Leaders of Pro Action of Steuben and Yates and Keuka Food Pantry volunteers hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new community services center in Penn Yan.
Laura Rossman, ProAction CEO said that the flood in May of 2014 began the process of having Yates County’s most-urgent needs a priority.
The Hope Center hosted the ribbon cutting at 10 am.
