Police say on October 3rd around 2:30 pm a 16-year-old Canandaigua resident following an investigation into marijuana sales within the city.
The Canandaigua Police Department worked with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, and charged Jimmy Dang, of Canandaigua with second-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
Dang is accused of selling marijuana on several different occasions while in the City of Geneva. He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
