A 21-year-old Dresden man has been charged in Washington County, New York, after allegedly throwing a kitten out of a window of his pickup truck.
The incident happened on Rt. 22, when Christopher Normile, threw a four-week old kitten out the window of his pickup truck. State Police were given a description, and he was picked up in Yates County on Friday.
He was charged under the state Agriculture and Markets Law and was also ticketed for driving with a suspended license, according to reports.
The kitten was taken to a local animal hospital and treated for injuries.
