On September 30th at 10:15 pm police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a property damage accident on Ovid St.
Police say Ryan P. Christensen, 37, of Seneca Falls was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and operating a mobile phone while driving after a crash that happened on Ovid St.
Christensen was found to be at fault, according to police, after it was determined that he was using his phone to text while driving.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
