A 50-year-old Rochester man faces felony charges in Seneca Falls after an arrest warrant was issued in Town Court.
The Seneca Falls Police Department says George R. Hodge, 50, of Rochester was charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records, and third-degree criminal tampering following an incident at Dunkin Donuts in 2016.
Police say Hodge is accused of stealing money from the store in August 2016.
He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility after being arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court.
