Police say three people were arrested after a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Police arrested Peter G. Bartholomew, 35, of Canandaigua for operating a vehicle without a license on September 30th. He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation.
The traffic stop took place on Garden St., and officers found that his license had previously been suspended three times. He was released on traffic tickets.
Two passengers in Bartholomew’s vehicle were also arrested and charged:
Joseph R. Beyea, 50, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was found to be possessing more than a half-ounce of Oxycodone, a narcotic drug. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and is scheduled to appear at a later date.
Beyea was also remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail.
Charles D. McNeil, 36, of Missouri was charged with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released on a traffic ticket.
