The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Chapin St. resident following a domestic dispute, which took place on Sunday.
Police charged Chistopher J. Freeman, 30, of Seneca Falls with second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute where he allegedly punched the victim in the abdomen.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
A stay away order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victim.
