A Ulysses man was indicted in Tompkins County Court on Thursday after police found multiple forms of child pornography in his possession.
Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Chadd M. Carr, 37, just after 10 a.m. on September 16 after a woman who knew the defendant told police that Carr had multiple forms of child pornography hidden in his home. According to her voluntary statement, the woman said Carr, a registered sex offender, had a burned DVD hidden underneath his video games with images of children alone and in bed with adults. According to court documents, the woman said she thought the children in the images were no more than eight years old.
