The sale of Finger Lakes Technologies Group and its fiber-optic network to Albany-based FirstLight has been finalized.
FirstLight officials announced the completion of the sale Wednesday.
FirstLight is a leading fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services provider operating in the Northeast. Company officials said the acquisition of FLTG further positions FirstLight as a leading fiber-based communications provider offering a complete portfolio of data, Internet, data entry, cloud and voice services throughout the Northeast.
