Seneca Falls man arrested after domestic incident

Police say a 24-year-old Seneca Falls man faces multiple charges after a domestic incident, which took place in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Tyler J. Lambert, 24, of Seneca Falls was arrested after an investigation into an alleged incident of domestic violence, which happened on September 16th.

During the dispute, Lambert allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact by grabbing her, pushing her down, then unlawfully restraining her. In addition, the victim was also a protected party in an order of protection.



As result of the investigation, Lambert was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree harassment.

He was committed to the Seneca County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
