A 31-year-old Rochester man faces multiple charges after a one-car accident in South Bristol on Tuesday.
Tyler Curls, 31, of Rochester has been charged with aggravated driving while ability impaired with a child less than 16-years-old, as well as driving while ability impaired by drugs.
The 15-year-old passenger was treated for minor injuries at the scene, according to deputies.
Curls was arraigned in South Bristol Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail
