A Wayland man faces two felony charges after deputies say he violated conditions of his pre-trial release.
Jonathan B. Dow, 19, of Wayland was charged with felony promoting obscene sex performance of a child and felony disseminating indecent material to a minor, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned in Steuben County Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
