Deputies say a Sodus man was arrested for violating an order of protection after a domestic incident on September 17th.
The incident happened in Sodus on Laurel Dr., and deputies say Corey J. Jock, 39, choked and threatened a family member during an altercation.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, as well as criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.
Jock was remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail and will return to court at a later date for further proceedings.
