Deputies responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident in Farmington on Saturday.
One person was ultimately sent to Thompson Hospital, after one vehicle struck another on State Route 332.
Deputies say Karen Marshall, 77, of Red Creek traveled through a red light and struck Christina Foti, 27, of Palmyra, who was crossing at County Rd. 41.
Marshall was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment, while Foti was treated at the scene.
Marshall was also cited for failing to stop at a red light.
