First responders say a medical emergency led to a one-car accident at the intersection of State Route 89 and 5&20 in Seneca Falls on Saturday.
The accident was called in late in the afternoon as North Seneca Ambulance, Magee and Seneca Falls Fire Departments all responded.
Route 89 was briefly shut down as CPR was performed on one of the occupants, but additional details were not available.
