Police arrested a 28-year-old Phelps man following a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in Seneca Falls.
Troy B. Mabbett, 28, of Phelps was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and having a blood-alcohol content above .18 percent.
He was stopped after police observed an equipment violation. The investigation determined he was intoxicated.
All charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
