On September 7th the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo woman for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies say Lauire M. Foulkrod, 44, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 318. The traffic stop happened around 9:15 pm, according to deputies.
Upon further investigation it was determined that she was intoxicated, and had a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
She was subsequently charged with DWI, having a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more and no, or inadequate headlights.
The charges will be answered in Tyre Court at a later date.
