On Sunday around 1:26 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Waterloo man for driving while intoxicated.
Johnathon F. Beattie, 23, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a STOPDWI Sobriety Check Point on Fall St. He was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
He was processed and released on traffic tickets.
