A 36-year-old California man was arrested on September 4th for aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 414 in Seneca Falls.
The traffic stop happened around 2 am, and according to deputies, the driver of the vehicle had been observed speeding.
Shawn M. Mathieson, 36, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with a blood-alcohol content of more than .18 percent, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
