The Seneca Falls Police Department announced the arrest of a 25-year-old man after an investigation into stolen items from Kinney Drug in Seneca Falls.
Police say Dustin A. Drover, 25, of Seneca Falls stole items from Kinney Drug on July 8th, passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for them. He was processed on related charges.
Police also say that Drover was arrested on an active warrant from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. He was wanted for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs — a felony.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and awaits extradition to Florida.
