A 24-year-old Canandaigua man faces DWI charges, according to police after a traffic stop on August 26th.
Police say Nicholas R. Irwin, 24, of Canandaigua was charged with DWI, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
He was also charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage in his vehicle, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.
Irwin will answer the charges at a later date.
