The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 28-year-old Waterloo man, following an investigation into the sale of narcotics in Seneca Falls.
Allen M. Debernadis, 28, of Waterloo was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after quantities of cocaine, hydrocodone and Adderall were located in his vehicle.
Debernadis was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
