An order of protection has been issued, and a 19-year-old Canandaigua resident now faces additional charges for intimidating a witness in a criminal case.
The Canandaigua Police Department reports that Sierra M. Kirkpatrick, 19, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree intimidating a witness.
Kirkpatrick is accused of making intimidating and threatening statements towards a witness in a separate criminal case. She is due to appear in court at a later date to answer all of the charges.
The victim, who was not identified, had an order of protection issued on their behalf.
