A 34-year-old Montezuma man is facing his third driving while intoxicated charge since 2008 after allegedly driving drunk in the city of Auburn early Monday.
The Auburn Police Department said David K. Decker, of 8526 Wilsey Road, was pulled over on a traffic stop for a lane violation around 12:45 a.m. Decker had been traveling northbound on State Street, with the police report showing the arrest at Whiskey Boots, 192 State St. Police said his blood alcohol content was .13 percent.
