Police: Auburn man driving without tire charged with DWI

An Auburn man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with driving while intoxicated after police officers noticed the man's car was missing one of its tires, the Auburn Police Department said.

Around 4 a.m. Sunday, officers pulled over a vehicle driven by Joshua Russell, 25, 123 E. Genesee St., Auburn, as it was heading north on North Street after officers observed Russell was driving without a front passenger-side tire, according to the Auburn Police Department.
