A 33-year-old Wayland man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, after deputies observed him crossing the center line on State Route 21.
Deputies charged Jonathan H. Sabo, of Wayland with driving while intoxicated, as well as several other tickets after he was stopped and revealed to have a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
The charges will be answered in Naples Town Court at a later date.
