Members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 51-year-old Waterloo man following an investigation into shoplifting at Kinney Drug Store.
Patrick R. Byer, of Waterloo is accused of stealing merchandise from the Kinney Drug store in June. After several failed attempts at contacting Byer by police, a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was eventually arrested on the warrant and charged with one count of petit larceny.
He was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
