On Sunday around 3:04 am police arrested a Seneca Falls man on DWI charges after they received a civilian complaint of a sick or intoxicated driver.
Enrique A. Quintanilla, 45, of Seneca Falls was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
He will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
