The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 54-year-old Seneca Falls man on harassment charges after an investigation into threatening phone calls and voicemails.
Police arrested Mark J. Depillo, of Seneca Falls on a second-degree harassment charge, which will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
Police say Depillo called a town resident threatening to harm him, and also left several threatening voicemails. Depillo was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
