The sexual assault charges against a former Cornell University men’s basketball player have been dismissed.
All charges were dropped against Xavier Eaglin in April, and arrest records have been sealed, according to Tompkins County Court documents.
Eaglin, of Raywood, Texas, was a 19-year-old freshman when he was charged with first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree criminal sex act, both felonies, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation stemming from events in a dormitory on Feb. 15, 2016.
