On Sunday at approximately 2:16 am members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 27-year-old Clinton St. resident following a traffic stop for a driver failing to signal.
Upon investigation it was determined that Britton Berna, 27, of Seneca Falls was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with failure to signal and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
He was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
