On Saturday at approximately 8:20 pm members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 29-year-old William N. Ross, of Seneca Falls following a traffic stop on Swaby St.
Police say Ross was speeding, and during the traffic stop determined that he was driving under the influence. He was charged with speed in zone, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
All of the charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
