Police say a 37-year-old Auburn woman faces multiple charges, including one count of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 5.
Police say Kimberly L. Maywalt, 37, of Seneca Falls was charged with DWI, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more, failure to keep right, and failure to move over for emergency vehicles.
Maywalt is accused of nearly striking a police officer, while he performed a traffic stop on Rt. 5.
She was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
