On Wednesday around 7:19 pm police in Seneca Falls arrested a 44- and 42-year-old after a family problems complaint.
Upon arrival, police found Heath J. Malchoff, 44, and Tanya N. Malchoff, 42, both of Seneca Falls at a residence caring for a child.
Investigation determined that both were highly-intoxicated. Police also said that the child being cared for by the duo had special needs.
Both residents were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
