On Saturday around 2:43 am police in Seneca Falls arrested a 36-year-old Seneca Falls resident following a fight.
Police arrested Brian P. Whittlesey Jr., of Seneca Falls after observing two male subjects involved in a fight. They say the fight was actively happening as they arrived on-scene.
Both men refused to press charges, but police say that during the investigation Whittlesey became belligerent and refused to comply with lawful orders being given by police to leave the area.
When Whittlesey was told he was under arrest, he continued to be belligerent and actively resisted being placed into custody, according to police.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $300 cash bail.
