Police say a 41-year-old Waterloo man was arrested after a traffic stop on State Route 5&20 on Saturday.
The stop happened around 11:03 pm and upon inspection of the vehicle, officers with the Seneca Falls Police Department say Donnie M. Huynh, 41, of Waterloo was found to be driving with a revoked license. His vehicle was found to be uninspected and unregistered, as well.
A 9-year-old child was found in the cargo section of the SUV, according to police, which prompted a charge of passenger ages 8-15 without a seatbelt. This charge came along with the aggravated unlicensed operation citation.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
