Police say a 21-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident.
Ryan M. Mendez, 21, of Seneca Falls was charged with second-degree harassment following a domestic incident that took place on August 1st.
Mendez is accused of threatening another resident.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance. The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 13th.
An order of protection was also issued, according to police.
