Police say a 35-year-old Geneva man was arrested on August 4th at approximately 2:50 pm for possessing a large amount of Fentanyl packaged for sale in the City of Geneva.
Stephen A. Sciarabba, 35, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after he was taken into custody by the Geneva Police Detectives Unit.
The controlled substance charge is Class B felony, and according to police – Sciarabba is being held without bail at this time.
Additional charges are possible.
