Syracuse University guard Frank Howard was supposed to be in Spain this week as part of the USA East Coast basketball team’s four-game tour.
However, Howard, a 6-foot-5 junior, is not with the team.
“We ran into a time-frame issue,” USA East Coast coach Guy Rancourt said via text message. “We couldn’t swing it.”
