Deputies in Seneca County arrested a 13- and 15-year-old, charging them with third-degree burglary, as well as other charges after allegedly breaking into a secure office inside a residential facility in Varick and stealing property.
The duo is also accused of damaging property after the initial break in, as well.
The 15-year-old was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
The 13-year-old was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, according to deputies.
The charges will be answered in Seneca County Family Court, according to deputies.
