On Sunday around 4:04 am deputies in Ontario County arrested a Phelps woman for felony driving while intoxicated after a crash on State Route 96.
Deputies say Shelly Ann Waltz, 39, of Phelps was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after she drove her vehicle into a tree on Route 96 in Phelps.
She was the single vehicle involved in the accident, and was issued appearance tickets for Phelps Town Court.
