On Wednesday at approximately 11:44 am members of the Canandaigua Police Department arrested 35-year-old John Jones, after he allegedly stole a credit card and cell phone.
Police say Jones was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He is accused of stealing a credit card, withdrawing money from the victim’s bank account, and also stealing a cell phone.
He is currently being held at the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
