On Wednesday at approximately 12:35 pm members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Mynderse St. resident following a complaint, where a disturbance was reported at the residence.
Lauren E. Perkins, 33, of Seneca Falls is accused of inciting a disturbance and refusing to leave. Perkins was charged with one count of trespass.
She was processed and arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court. An order of protection was issued, according to police.
Perkins will answer the charges at a later date.
