A 38-year-old Rochester man is accused of threatening to shoot two people during an incident that happened on Tuesday.
According to the Canandaigua Police Department, John C. Barry, 38, of Rochester was arrested on Tuesday around 9:01 pm after a verbal altercation where he threatened to kill two people. Police say he had a weapon at the time, which elevated the threat.
He was charged with second-degree harassment.
The charges were answered in Canandaigua City Court.
