The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at approximately 2 pm members of the Narcotics Unit arrested a Geneva man following an investigation into the sale of cocaine in the Town of Waterloo.
Investigators say Tyler A. Liberatore, 20, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both are Class B felonies.
Liberatore is accused of selling cocaine in the Town of Waterloo, and at the time of his arrest approximately $2,100 was seized in cash.
He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
The Narcotics Unit was assisted by members of road patrol, Geneva Police, and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
