Deputies in Ontario County have arrested and charged a Greece man after allegedly making multiple fraudulent purchases with a credit card that he stole from a customer.
Shaquan M. Leach, 23, of Greece was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and is accused of stealing a customer’s credit card while employed at Dunkin Donuts in Farmington.
Deputies say he then made fraudulent purchases with the card after the initial theft.
He was arraigned in Farmington Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Farmington Town Court.
